Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)in Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical role (engineering, IT, or scientific research)
- Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in technical account management or solutions engineering
- At least 2 years’ experience crafting and executing technical communication or campaign strategies
- Minimum 2 years working with cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, videographers, SMEs)
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical
- Proven experience managing relationships across various levels and functions
- Experience working with international or multinational organizations, particularly in military or defense environments
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, virtual reality, and augmented reality
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of NATO structures, missions, and operating procedures
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., French)
