About the Role:Ironclad Defense Works is seeking aBusiness Continuity Management System (BCMS) Support Specialistto provide expert-level assistance in maintaining and enhancing NATO’s Business Continuity (BC) program at HQ SACT. This role is critical in ensuring compliance withISO 22301, ISO 22313, and NATO directives, supporting the execution of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Crisis Management Plans (CMPs), and assisting with risk and threat assessments.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining theBCMSbased on NATO andISO 22301/22313standards.
Support risk, threat, and dependency analysis to identifyunacceptable risk levels and single points of failure.
Aid in thedevelopment, upkeep, and communicationof BCPs and CMPs across directorates.
Assist inplanning, scheduling, and executing BC Plan testing and exercises.
Support post-exercise analysis, documentation of lessons learned, and continuous program improvements.
Providementorship and trainingfor subordinate commands and contribute to theannual BC Maturity Report.
Ensure integration ofEmergency Action Plans (EAPs), CIS Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and Incident Management Team (IMT) responses.
Maintain and updateBC policies, training materials, and documentation.
Support program continuity and compliance even in the absence of the BC Staff Officer.
Serve as aSubject Matter Expert (SME)for BC projects, events, and program development.
One (1) comprehensive BC Plan and Crisis Management Plan, including threat analysis, risk assessments, response strategies, and training plans.
One (1) Emergency Action Plan (EAP) reviewand updates to align with BC Plans.
Four (4) workshopswith subordinate NATO commands (JFTC, JALLC, JWC).
Certification in Business Continuity(recognized national or international certification preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of BCMS experience.
Active SECRET security clearance.
Proficiency in English (STANAG 6001 SLP 3333 or equivalent).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and maintain BCMS documentation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Project).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Continuity, Risk Management, or a related field(Master’s degree preferred).
Advanced certification in Business Continuity or Risk Management.
Experience conducting BC training, exercises, and awareness programs.
Demonstrated leadership experiencein managing BC programs or projects.
Experience working within NATO, military organizations, or international defense environments.
Candidates will be assessed based on:
Education(Master’s or Bachelor’s in a related field preferred).
Certifications in Business Continuity and Risk Management.
Experience in BCMS operations, training, and exercise development.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Technical proficiency in documentation and reporting.
