Ironclad Defense Works is seeking an experienced professional to provide contractor support to NATO’s Space Capability Development efforts within Allied Command Transformation (ACT) in Norfolk, VA. This role will be critical in supporting the Project Management Team and the Space Branch in driving forward NATO’s future space capabilities from development through implementation and lifecycle support.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Space Branch Project Management Team in all phases of space capability development
- Contribute to requirements management and coordination with internal teamsand external partners
- Assist in mapping space requirements in alignment with the NATO Space Information Sharing Framework and interdependencies
- Engage in architectural planning, analysis of alternatives, and alignment with national space efforts
- Contribute to the broader community of interest, proposing technical discussions and accessing tools such as ORION, RIGEL, and key documentation
- Provide routine reports and updates to the HQ SACT Space Branch leadership
- Engage with NATO cognitive warfare initiatives, including exercises, experiments, and training related to cognitive vulnerability and enhancement
- A university bachelor’s degree in science or management. (Five years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.)
- At least five years of experience (within the last ten) in capability development
- At least three years of experience (within the last ten) working with capability development tools such as DOORS, MS Project, and Visio
- At least three years of experience briefing senior leaders or decision-makers
- At least three years of operational knowledge related to space capabilities within the past ten years, either as a military officer or civilian expert
- Working knowledge of configuration management methods and best practices
