Line Cook with experience in cold production needed at a hospital in Irvine, CA

Hourly Rate: $22/hr

Job Details:
COLD PRODUCTION - Need someone with a strong High volume cold prep kitchen environment.  
• Knowledge of Dressings
• Be able to make salads (i.e., Tuna Salads, Egg Salads, Chef Salads, Cobb Salads and Strawberry Salads) Just to name a few.
• Knowledge of slicing vegetables, how to use a knife.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Food Safety

Required Skills & Experience:
-Ability to speak, read and follow verbal directions in English.
-Must be able to work well with others and perform a variety of tasks under supervision.
- At least one year experience in a high volume kitchen environment, preferably hospital setting

Schedule Notes: 
*40 hrs a week
*Must have availability to work weekends. 
*Schedule is based on business needs. 
*Must have availability to work ALL shifts.
