Job Description : The PSD is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of People Services, including employee relations, talent acquisition and assessment, compensation management, performance management, training and leader-ship development, policy and procedures; and managing a team of PS professionals.
Required skills and experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent - Required
- Bachelor’s degree - Required
- Five years of progressive HR / PS experience
- Supervisory experience overseeing various HR / PS
Compensation : $110,000.00 minimum to $145,000.00 maximum
Job Type : 12 months
