Schedule :

  • Shift : Day, 5x8-hour shifts (8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM), Monday through Friday
  • Duration : 14 weeks

Responsibilities :

  • Front office registration duties, including patient check-in / check-out
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Work within the NextGen documentation system for administrative tasks
  • Support day-to-day operations of the family practice clinic

    • Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year in a medical assistant role (front office experience preferred)
  • Certifications : BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • Familiarity with NextGen documentation system and Greater Newport Physicians preferred
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

    • Requirements :

  • Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)
  • COVID-19 vaccine not required

    • Benefits

    Compensation :

  • 23.00 / hour
  • Overtime : After 12 hours / day and 60 hours / week
