Location: Cathedral City, CA
Job Description: Observe and record patients' behavior, mood, and mental health status. Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, and exercise. Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects. Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans. Use therapeutic communication techniques to support patient progress. Assist in crisis interventions and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Report any significant changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team. Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Participate in therapeutic activities and recreational programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BLS Card
- High School Diploma
- Licensure or certificates
- A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting is advantageous.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
