JOB SUMMARY
Crew members will carry out and complete day-to-day projects and duties as laid out by the Foreman.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ready all equipment for the day’s work and ensure proper maintenance
Listen to instructions and carry out all tasks with little to no errors
Maintain a high work ethic and level of professionalism with clients and crew
Quickly learn new skills to support the Foreman & Lead Hardscape Crewmember
Work with the Forman & Lead Hardscape Crewmember to ensure projects move forward efficiently
Perform all duties in a professional manner and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Abilities:
Good work ethic and able to do physically demanding work.
Equipment operation skills.
Knowledge of construction, lawn, snow removal, and landscaping
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with a team to accomplish a task.
Experience in landscaping, construction, or a similar field.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work over 10 hours outside in the peak of summer or winter.
Must be able to lift 85 pounds consistently and perform strenuous work for an entire shift.
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the office and work site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
