What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) : Identify and prioritize high-impact research opportunities aligned with business goals and user needsConduct foundational and tactical research studies to inform product strategy and evaluate user flowsDesign and execute end-to-end research studies using qualitative methods such as interviews and usability testingAnalyze and interpret data using statistical methods and collaborate with quantitative researchersSynthesize findings into actionable recommendations and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications) : 3 years of experience in user / UX research within consumer products or product developmentProficient in conducting in-depth interviews, usability testing, and concept testingExperience with statistical analysis techniques and tools like R, STATA, or SPSSExcellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting findingsMust have an online research portfolio or PDF showcasing relevant work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) : Experience with behavioral segmentation or persona developmentBackground in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related fieldsUX / UI design experience
