Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Communicating and waiting on customers
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Support the team during busy service periods by assisting with various tasks as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills in food service and preparation.
- Varies food prep.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cooking and customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
