Specialized Experience for this position includes : Analyzing physical housing assessments to ensure consistent application of standards by contractors and HUD inspectors and making recommendations for inconsistencies; ANDManaging or overseeing a team of staff members who are responsible for assessing, implementing, or maintaining the proper use of government funds.Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service . One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
