This position is located in the Department of Housing and Urban Development , Government National Mortgage Association Ginnie Mae, Office of the President (OOP).

Specialized Experience :
For the GS-14 , you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes :
- Managing and developing strategic plans;
- Monitoring and assessing organizational performance;
- Communicating with key officials, including management at various levels, to lead or assist with implementing long-range improvements to meet organization-wide objectives;
- Analyzing programmatic data and applying analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify trends and interpret facts;
- Analyzing and evaluating programmatic and operational policies, procedures, and regulations;
- Responding to operational Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).
Specialized Experience :
For the GS-13 , you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes :
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade :
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement , if applicable :

Time After Competitive Appointment :
