Purpose of Role :
Reporting to the Mine Manager, the Mine Site Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the administrative aspects of the mine are running smoothly and supporting the Copper World, Inc.'s Project Department.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence for the project and health & safety teams.
Assist the Health & Safety Manager in collecting, verifying, and recording daily production hours and ensuring data is accurate for reporting and analysis.
Ensure accurate data entry for production hours, incident reports, and other relevant safety metrics in designated databases or systems.
Organize and maintain departmental files, both electronic and hard copy, for quick access and regular audits.
