EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Dental Hygiene degree and must be licensed to practice hygiene in the State of Ohio.
- Must maintain the appropriate continuing education requirements as established by the State Board of Dental Examiners.
- Must have BLS certification.
