Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance tasks at our offices across various locations. In this role, you will be responsible for performing light electrical work, plumbing, painting, and other basic repairs. Tasks are assigned according to a daily or weekly maintenance list based on the needs of each location.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform light electrical repairs (e.g., changing light fixtures, outlets, and switches).

· Conduct basic plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains, repairing faucets).

· Assist with interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation.

· Follow a daily or weekly maintenance list and respond to specific service requests at various locations.

· Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs across different locations.

· Perform minor carpentry and general repairs (e.g., door adjustments, furniture repairs).

· Keep tools and supplies organized and ready for use at each site.

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while completing tasks.

· Assist with other maintenance-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in light maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, or painting is preferred.

· Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting techniques.

· Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

· Comfortable traveling between different job sites.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to work independently and follow task instructions.

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

· Reliable transportation to various job sites.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to bend, kneel, or stand for extended periods.

· Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
