The Patient Coordinator will bring a combination of customer service and administrative skills to the front office team. As a member of this team, you will work directly with the office manager through scheduling patients, answering inbound/outbound calls and supporting insurance verification. Day to Day Operations:
- Managing patient schedules, verifying insurance, operating on multiphone lines, assist patients with questions or concerns, collecting copays, and generally assisting the clinical staff.
- Partnering with Office Manager to maintain the flow of patients.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Customer Service, preferably in healthcare.
- Administrative experience preferred.
- Personable, positive, and organized.
