Job Description
This position reports to the CEO for Hudson, and for purposes of the project the General Manager. Exclusively provides oversight and works with our partner LAZ Parking in managing all parking operations and functions. Fully responsible for supervision of Customer Service / Maintenance Representatives, Customer Service Advocates, Valet Cashiers and Key Attendants on Hudson staff. Will ensure that staff provides customer support and maintenance for all assigned public and employee parking facilities. Available during normal working hours or at such other times as the operational management of the Parking Enterprise may require.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
Capable of developing knowledge of Airport procedures, Operator’s Standard Operating Procedures, as well as industry standards and trends.
Knowledge scope of operations includes but not limited to :
Compliance with all Government Regulations
Budgeting
Expense control
Staff development
Training
Human resources
Employee discipline
Customer service
Staff Assessment
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly Reports
Monitor Staff responsibilities daily.
Work as liaison between the Prime, Airport and public.
Demonstrate the ability to consistently make appropriate decisions regarding the operation.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Required to attend, participate, produce, and report on the multiple aspects of the operations as well as conduct meetings with various levels of the Airport.

Although 20% or more the functions are performed inside a typical office, regular exposure to job sites will occasionally expose one to extreme weather and noise levels.
