CarVendee, a Hudson Automotive Company, is looking for a talented and career- motivated Customer Acquisition Professional to join our growing purchasing team. As a Customer Acquisition Pro, you will work closely with the public to acquire their vehicle and achieve buy plans and supply all Hudson Automotive Group dealerships with vehicles that are essential to achieving their monthly pre-owned forecast goals. Qualifications:
Experience engaging with customers and assisting in completing the purchase process (check request, payoffs, purchase paperwork, etc.)
Track record of supporting inbound customer communications and utilizing CRM to complete all assigned follow up tasks with an emphasis on text messages, online chat messaging, emails, and phone calls.
Experience setting appointments with customers and ensuring an exceptional customer selling experience.
