Excela Protect is looking for an accomplished Mechanical Claims Adjuster to join our team. What we offer:
- Compensation: $45-55k (depending on Mechanical experience and certifications)
- Schedule: Onsite Mon-Friday (8am-5pm)

Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical background and experience as a mechanic or automotive service professional is required.
- Previous experience with claims administration.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Thorough knowledge of automotive repair, technical vehicle operations, components, and breakdowns.
- Ability to handle customers in difficult situations.
- Act as technical advisor to claims processors.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
