Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Graphics Salesman to join our dynamic team. The Graphics Salesman will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships through effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design concepts and the ability to effectively communicate and sell our products to prospective clients.
Graphics Salesperson Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective clients through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our graphic design capabilities and services.
- Collaborate with the design team to create customized proposals and presentations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and project completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and expand professional networks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design sales or related field, with a strong portfolio of successful sales and closing achievements.
- In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, printing processes, and digital media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
