Our client is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Switchgear for their manufacturing facility. The Project Manager will be responsible for on time projects supporting electrical distribution equipment, including switchboards and panelboards. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, with company and Union benefits. Salary up to $100,000 with full benefits
Project Manager Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers to ensure all pertinent information is received for project deliverables and sales related topics
• Identify and explore opportunities for additional revenue
• Monitor production capacity constraints, alerting team members to issues
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineers to continuously improve scheduling and planning processes
• Manage budgetary reviews, documenting overages on active and closed projects
• Participate in weekly production and scheduling meetings
• Collaborate with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety committee to ensure and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Project Manager Requirements
• At least 2 years experience in Project Management
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience managing projects of electrical equipment such as switchgears, switchboards, and panelboards
• Ability to interpret 2D/3D drawings and RFQ documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Smartsheet, and SAP
• ISO 9001 experience with process documentation and system audits
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8am – 5pm
Pay: $90K – $100K
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
