We are looking for someone who will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. The leasing consultant is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
Executes the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing and marketing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
