Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls from residents, ensuring all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with tenants, vendors, contractors, and colleagues.
- Complete maintenance tasks for unit turnovers, including prepping vacant apartments for new residents.
- Execute preventive maintenance procedures to keep equipment and systems in proper working order.
Requirements:
- Ability to reliably commute to and from the workplace.
- Availability for a flexible on-call schedule, covering morning, afternoon, and evening service calls across apartment properties throughout the week.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Proficiency in email, text, and phone communication is a must.
