Assistant Construction Superintendent
Join one of the city’s leading CM firms with a history of delivering multi-family residential, hotel, and commercial projects throughout NYC, giving you experience working with diverse projects.
You’ll be mentored by some of the best in the business, learning from experienced construction professionals.
The firm invests in advanced construction technologies, so you’ll gain hands-on experience with the latest tools and techniques in the field.
You’d be part of a team delivering a 20-story, 40-unit, high-end residential development on the Upper East Side.
Once this initial project is completed, there's a pipeline of NYC-based projects, with training and progression into a Lead Super role in the future, eventually managing your own ground-up projects. You’ll continue to grow your career with the opportunity to work on some of the most ambitious urban development projects in the city.
On offer:
- Base salary circa $80,000 - $100,000
- Health/ dental/ vision coverage

About you:
- 2-3 years’ experience as Assistant Construction Superintendent in NYC
- Experience working on ground-up/ new construction projects
- Proficiency in Procore preferred
- OSHA 30/ SST
