Lead Superintendent – Ground Up Construction
You’re a builder.
You’ve taken buildings out of the ground, led other Superintendents, and prefer working on big projects.
You’ll oversee the field operations on ground-up / core and shell projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx. Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, and affordable housing. Projects range from $20m to $200m and have included projects of up to 55 stories.
We need a Super with a proven track record of taken 20 story projects out of the ground. If that's you, and you want to work with a firm partnered with some of the city's most active developers, please get in touch.
