Parts Warehouse Core Position

Hudson County Motors is currently looking for full-time parts warehouse core associate to join our growing team.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse core associate l to join our trucking dealership team. This role is critical in managing and processing cores, ensuring proper documentation, and handling core returns related to our trucking operations.

Hours can vary from 7-6PM M-F, with some Saturdays required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt, documentation, and processing of core returns (e.g., engines, transmissions, etc.)
• Ensure cores are accurately logged and tracked in the system
• Inspect cores for damage and ensure they meet return requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse and trucking teams to schedule core pickups and deliveries
• Maintain an organized inventory of cores and related parts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely processing of all core transactions
• Assist with any core-related inquiries and address issues as they arise
• Ensure all safety and compliance regulations are met in handling cores

Requirements:

• Previous experience handling cores in the trucking or heavy equipment industry is a
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills, able to collaborate with warehouse and trucking teams
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
• Forklifting Experience A
• High school diploma or equivalent required
