Job Description :
Client IT needs to distribute End of Life (EOL) equipment that was delayed due to the Covid pandemic. Laptops & peripherals must be deployed to align with EOL policies. We require two additional staff members for inventory management and distribution.
Note : This role requires the resource to be onsite 5 days / week. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 : 30 pm, which includes a 30 minute lunch break
Note2 : This is a temporary role to help IT to migrate end of life hardware to new hardware. There will probably not be an extension.
Job duties and responsibilities include :
- Hardware inventory management
- Equipment imaging
- Software installation
- Rollout equipment
- User migration
- Hardware / software troubleshooting and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Knowledge of PC / Laptop hardware, MFD (Client preferably), Windows 10 / 11 OS, Microsoft Office suite desktop applications, MS365 web applications, SCCM imaging technologies, communication skills.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE : 3-4 yrs. Skill Required / Desired mount of Experience Dell / Client PC hardware configuration and troubleshooting skills Required 4 Years MS Office 365, Teams, Outlook (user profile setup, end-user trouble ticket resolution) Required 4 Years Windows 10 OS configuration and troubleshooting skills Required 4 Years Knowledge of SCCM for computer imaging (for device configuration) Required 4 Years Knowledge of SCSM for trouble ticket resolution and workflows Required 4 Years Client multifunctional device familiarity Desired 4 Years
