- Experience Preferred in a Skilled Nursing setting
Jo b Responsibilities for BOM
Complete insurance forms
Participate in Utilization Review (UR)
Discuss financial obligations with residents / families upon admission and discharge
Complete and coordinate tasks necessary for timely and accurate billing and collection.
Job Responsibilities for HR
Complete payroll on a biweekly basis
Monitor Time Cards daily
Focus on recruitment
Monitor employee benefits
Understand policies and procedures
Remain in compliance with confidentiality
Other duties as assigned
