Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff. A background in restaurant or hotel environments is preferred. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service.
• Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items and reservations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist staff in delivering food from kitchen to tables.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest services.

2 positions available! One Wed-Sat position 4pm-Close, and one Friday and Saturday position 4pm-Close. Ability to work our Sunday brunches 10:30-2:30 is a plus for either position!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
