  • Hudson Family Dental seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in daily operation by providing support to both patients and providers. This position requires a keen understanding of dental insurance codes and terminology and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

Essential Functions :

  • Insurance verification, claim and pre-estimate submissions
  • Assist patients with understanding their coverage options and present various
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of previous experience in dental office.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills
