Our client is a prestigious investment management fund. They are seeking to add a lateral recruiter, as well as a campus recruiter, to their team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Function as a lead recruiter for tech, quant, and other infrastructure roles
- Manage full life cycle of hiring, and serving as the main point of contact throughout the interview process for both the candidate and interview team
- Create and maintain job descriptions and internal interview scorecards
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, as well as hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Create and improve upon best-in-class interviewing processes to assess candidate skills and talents
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communications throughout the entire process
- Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other Human Capital staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Manage and utilize an ATS system to maintain candidate data, reporting and workflow
Ideal qualifications:
- 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- In-house recruiting experience at a private equity firm, hedge fund, or alternative investments firm STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Proficiency with various sourcing avenues e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to continually prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
