Our client is a prestigious credit fund who is seeking to add a fund accountant for the BDC. The role would report directly into the Controller and offers a unique opportunity to help build upon an organization in a growing market.
Ideal candidate has 3 years of previous experience in public/private accounting (Big 4 alternative investments preferred), and is CPA certified. Prior experience within a BDC highly preferred. Strong preference for individuals with experience within the credit space.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): assisting with day to day fund accounting, financial reporting, collaborating with treasury, compliance, and legal, putting together reports for the board and other external stakeholders, and other ad hoc projects as needed.
