As a MAC Beauty Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert, guiding customers in expressing their unique beauty through personalized consultations and product recommendations. You'll create memorable experiences by offering enthusiastic assistance, sharing your expertise, and ensuring every customer feels confident and empowered in their choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, the well-executed, and expedient application of makeup to achieve the look the customer desire
- Guiding customers on the use of fragrances and products
- Delivering timely and personalized service while ensuring professionalism and consistency
- Effectively communicating with customers, team members, and store management
- Maintaining attractive displays, signage, and promotional items
- Ensuring product availability by replenishing merchandise and stocking shelves

Requirements:
- Make-up artistry and/or previous retail make-up experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in the Beauty and Fragrance industries
- Strong customer service skills with prior cashier experience
