- Oversee and Standardize Make-Ready Processes: Implement HGPM’s make-ready protocols across all properties, ensuring timely and quality unit preparation to meet occupancy goals.
- Lead and Mentor Teams: Train on-site make-ready teams on quality standards and collaborate with vendors to ensure consistency in work quality across properties.
- Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform pre- and post-make-ready checks to maintain our high standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage Inventory and Costs: Oversee make-ready inventory and purchasing protocols to reduce costs while ensuring readiness across all properties.
- Data Tracking and Reporting: Utilize Yardi Software to track and report on make-ready timelines, budget adherence, and overall portfolio performance.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all locations.
- Extensive Experience: 5-7 years in multifamily maintenance or make-ready roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role across multiple properties.
- Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills: A proven ability to manage schedules and train teams across multiple locations.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to travel to properties, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks that require mobility and tool handling.
- Preferred Certifications: CAMT or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.

The drug test may involve screening for commonly abused substances, including but not limited to cocaine, amphetamines, opioids, and alcohol.
