- Warmly greeting and assisting prospective residents, providing informative tours of available apartment homes within our South Portfolio.
- Effectively communicating in both English and Spanish to understand applicant needs and guide them through the leasing process.
- Facilitating the application and lease signing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Providing excellent and compassionate customer service to residents, addressing their questions and concerns promptly to maintain a harmonious community.
- Contributing to a positive and respectful community environment.
- Maintaining organized records and utilizing property management software (experience with Yardi & Rent Cafe preferred).
- Communicates fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish (required).
- Has a genuine desire to connect with and support residents in their housing needs, contributing to a strong community spirit.
- Is reliable, responsible, and takes pride in your work.
- Displays empathy and patience when interacting with residents and applicants.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage administrative tasks effectively.
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Has at least one year of experience in residential leasing.
- Have 1 year of experience in multi-family leasing.
- Be fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Possess a valid Driver’s License in good standing, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.
- Have experience with Google Suite.
- Familiarity with property management software (Yardi & Rent Cafe preferred).
- Be reliable in attendance.
