- Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule

- Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns
- A minimum of 6 months of recent hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades
- Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded plyers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
- You live within 10 miles of Sheridan South Apartments (SW Denver). The nearest major cross streets Evans and Warren Ave.
