What You Will Be Doing

In this working role, you will perform all the essential upkeep tasks throughout this community. You’ll have opportunities to interact with our residents, team members, and vendors every day. No two days will be the same! Your experience and knowledge will help prepare vacant apartments for our next resident, which will include general repairs and sometimes minor painting. You will work to respond to and resolve work orders and assist the team with snow removal when it's needed, following our guidelines.

You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday. Your start and end times will be determined based on your needs and the needs of the community. You will take turns responding to on-call emergencies with others. Each on-call rotation earns a weekly on-call stipend, paid directly to you even if you’re not called to the property.

Specifically, our next Maintenance Technician:

• Lives within a 10-mile radius of Jewell Ave and Sheridan Blvd, in Southwest Denver
• Brings basic apartment, home, facilities, hospital, hotel, retail, or commercial real estate maintenance skills
• Has a personal set of general tools, including a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded plyers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure
• Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.
• Pre-employment Drug Screening: As part of our hiring process, we may require pre-employment drug testing. This is to ensure a safe and drug-free work environment for all employees. The drug test may involve screening for commonly abused substances, including but not limited to cocaine, amphetamines, opioids, and alcohol.
