What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Representative position at Hudson Hospital & Clinic?
Responsible for the accurate processing of hospital payroll on a timely basis. Responsible for overall management of HRIS. Assist with financial and payroll reports, accounting, and analysis as needed. Partner with finance, human resources and department leaders analyzing and establishing position control. Assist staffing in establishing and reworking base schedules as needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business or equivalent work experience.
- Post-secondary graduate in related field required
- Minimum two years of previous experience in HRIS administration, payroll transactional administration, data analysis required.
- Experience pulling and analyzing data and databases
