ASSEMBLER JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY: Performing manual labor in a production line; and assembling parts. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with great precision. The goal is to produce complex outputs by putting together smaller components.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works as part of a production team to assemble parts.
- Unpacks cardboard boxes.
- Sorts and places material or items on tables, racks or bins.
- Assembles small parts manually.
- Uses production machinery.
- Packages and places assembled parts in bags or boxes.
- Packs, seals and moves boxes.
- Picks up, moves and sorts parts.
- Uses small tools to manipulate parts for assembly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.
- Ensure perfect fit of components.
- Check output to ensure highest quality.
- Report issues, malfunction, or defective parts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision; work well under pressure; able to manage multiple projects.

- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts
- Occasionally work around loud noise
