About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Milling Operator to join our team. As a Key Milling Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to produce precision parts. You will work closely with our production team to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery of orders. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
While milling is the primary focus, there are other machines that you will get exposure to such as key coining and wiring spooling processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating milling machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex machinery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with milling machines
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
