**Key Responsibilities:**
- Organize, coordinate, and supervise office administration operations and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient office function.
- Maintain and submit daily and weekly reports to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues as they arise.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
