Hudson Printing is seeking a full-time CSR.
General Description
The CSR oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific project.

Required Tasks
- Partner with Sales Associate to define the scope of the project and create a detailed plan for implementation.
- Determine with other teams the resources needed to complete the project.
- Develop a schedule with team managers to complete the project.
- Track projects to meet assigned delivery dates.
- Inform Customer Service Manager, Sales and internal customers of project issues, problems, or concerns in a timely manner to help resolve issues.
- Makes Customer Service Manager/Rep. aware of and obtains approval for any changes which affect a project.
- Will travel to deliver proofs, samples, etc. to clients and always maintain a professional demeanor.
Job/Task, Job Review, Job Oversight
- Meets with production team each morning by 9am to update status on assigned projects and receive new project assignments.
- Update Sales every morning on production status (Prepress, Press & Bindery)
- Carefully executes the details of each new job and takes responsibility for accuracy of assigned job or task and clarity of all job instructions.
- Uses system tools to complete and track job tasks.
- Receives and answers all Client/Sales/Production inquiries regarding assigned projects and tasks.
- Update ticket/Job information as required.
- Complete distribution/mail processes for each job
- Manage important assigned project dates.
- Pull and review samples from bindery before shipping is complete.
- Review jobs with specific label and boxing requirements prior to shipping.
- Send FedEx and UPS shipments as required.
- May be asked to assist in completing CSR work/project while CSR is absent.
- Participate in and contribute to Customer Service Meetings
- Knows and practices all company safety policies and procedures.

- Solve Problems: Assess problems to identify cause, work with team members to generate solutions to resolve issues.
Experience:
- 2 years minimum of CSR Experience
Working Conditions
- CSR usually work in an office environment, but the purpose of the project may sometimes take them to nonstandard workplaces.
- CSR work a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
