Duties:
Directs and prioritizes phone call and messages for President/CEO, VP and CFO of department.
Organizes meetings for the departments.
Prepares minutes for various meetings
Prepares emails, documents, faxes, scanning of documents.
Schedules meetings and conference calls.
Manages calendars and appointment for executives.
Manages confidential and/or sensitive information appropriately
Coordinating and managing special projects
Performing other related functions as assigned
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of relevant related experience
CREDENTIALS QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite
