We are looking for an entry level HR professional to come and support our HR initiatives. This person will be the face of our department and will work closely with all aspects of HR in a support position. This is great opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door in both HR and a Hospital.
- Works closely with Recruiter with new hires
- Receive and greet visitors and direct them to appropriate area.
- Handled Employment verifications and data entry for background checks.
- Filing - Maintains Employee files to be survey ready(DNV, Joint Commission)
- Assist with on-boarding process: scheduling pre-employment physicals and orientation, obtaining new hire paperwork, license verifications
- Supports Compliance associate with general hospital compliance for new hires and current employees.
- Coordinate training classes and orientations for managements and staff
- Supports Recruiter/HR/Management with Performance Evaluations(90/120).
- Assist with HR projects, programs, activities and Job Fairs as required
- Required to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee data
- EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
BS degree in HR Mgt. a plus
At least 1-2 years experience in HR Field
Proficient with MS Office Suite(strong experience with Excel is a plus)
