We are seeking a Data Entry Technician to join our team and help to make a difference in the lives of those we support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that the pharmaceutical and other needs of our customers and patients are timely and accurately met, and that you provide the utmost in customer service and care.
Specific responsibilities for the role will include:
- Answering phones and assuring all interactions with our customers meet the customer’s needs, including (but not limited to): addressing general inquiries; processing medication orders and reorders; and, generally addressing all customer issues.
- Triaging incoming faxes promptly and accurately by facility in accordance with cutoff times;
- Contacting patients, vendors, insurance companies, and others as needed;
- Processing returns and all paperwork necessary for proper account management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate proficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment and is able to pivot tasks easily (due to unscheduled interruptions), while maintaining good judgment.
- The right candidate takes ownership over their actions and decisions, and understands and is responsible for the consequences and results of those actions.
Due to the nature of the work, you must be detail-oriented and have good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- You must be proficient and have practical knowledge of personal computer use and the ability to quickly learn the pharmacy-specific software programs and other handheld or technology tools, as required for completing job tasks.

Job Type: Full-time, in-office
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience
