We have an exciting opportunity in our Loan Center.
Who you are: You possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of diverse loan products, and a commitment to delivering exceptional member service. You pay attention to detail, act with strong ethical conduct, and have the ability to build rapport with members while ensuring transparency throughout the loan process.
What you will do: As a Loan Officer Trainee, you will ensure a positive member experience by processing and servicing consumer loans and Visa Credit Cards accurately and timely in a collaborative environment. You will collect required documents and communicate with members every step of the loan process. You will also educate members on new products and services that enable them to achieve their financial goals.
Employment Details:
- Location: HRCCU Operations Center.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5pm, with a Saturday shift 9am-1pm rotation. Full time, benefited, ~40 hours per week.
- Pay rate: Starting at $17.75 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
What you will need: Experience: At least one year of similar or related experience. Education: A high school diploma or GED.
