Position Information : Part-Time position with a wage of $16.66 / hour
About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Hudson's at Heathman Lodge. As a Catering Banquet Bartender for Private Groups, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to multitask and work well under pressure. Your main goal is to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Minimum Qualifications :
Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift and carry heavy weight.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certification in responsible alcohol service.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
Knowledge of wine and cocktail preparation.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service policies.
Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Skills :
Utilize bartending skills to prepare and serve beverages.
