What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
✅ Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
✅ Provide exceptional customer service and build strong guest relationships
✅ Explain financing and protection plans & close sales confidently
✅ Maintain a clean, fun, and safe work environment
✅ Use CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-ups
✅ Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
✅ 2 years of retail sales experience & computer proficiency preferred
✅ Local travel for training as needed
