Job Description:
- Cooking.
- Laundry.
- Companionship.
- Assist W/ bathing, showering & grooming.
- Assist in toileting.
- Medication reminders.
- Engaging clients in activities such as playing cards, board games, doing a puzzle, reading, etc.
- Light housekeeping.
- Running errands such as grocery shopping
Requirements:
- Must have driver's license and vehicle, for some cases.
- Minimum of one year of home caregiver experience required
- Someone who is compassionate, dedicated, shows good observation, has good communication skills, is patient, is initiative, and is dependable.
- A good team player.
- Enjoys working with seniors.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Berks County, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
