Responsibilities
- Engage with team-provided leads to build relationships and guide clients through the buying process
- Use our CRM and systems to manage follow-up, client info, and deal progress
- Attend regular coaching sessions, team calls, and trainings to develop skills and stay on track
- Show homes, write offers, and support clients through each step of the transaction
- Learn and apply systems, scripts, and processes that drive real results
- Participate in team meetings, events, and collaborative opportunities
- Use PLACE Technology to stay organized and manage daily tasks and communication
- Active Colorado real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
- Eager to learn and willing to follow proven systems and models
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with technology and willing to use a CRM consistently
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and desire to grow within a team
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings

Salary : $65,000 - $115,000
